About us: The CAA will be the public corporate body designated as the National Greenhouse Gas Inventory Agency. It will also be the competent Authority for the Emissions Trading System. Other reporting obligations on greenhouse gas emissions and the implementation of market-based measures relating to greenhouse gases are also within its remit.
